Welcome to the Mecca of Virginia Lyricism!

In January 2018. We set out to change things in our city when it came to the culture of our Hiphop scene, and even more specifically EMCEEING. We saw the term “emcee” become a thing of the past, and the desire to go out and RAP in public for sport and to earn your stripes as an emcee become non-existent. Since then through meticulous intention, and impassioned consistency we’ve galvanized the spirit of lyricism in not only our city, but our state as a whole. We’ve had hundreds of emcees touch our stage, and the impact has become immeasurable. The community we’ve built and the relationships forged are priceless. The feeling has been restored.
